★ i reserve the right to REFUSE to make any commission.★ the DEADLINE will be negotiated through private messages★ i reserve the right to post commissioned designs on SOCIAL MEDIA or use them in my portfolio unless explicitly stated★ revisions/redos are LIMITED and i will not do refunds, unless an error has been made on my part

USAGE TERMS

★ you are forbidden from RESELLING, readvertising, or redistributing any of my work as your own. applies to all contexts★ please do not feed my work into AI★ taking INSPIRATION from my work is okay!! - please give credit with heavy/exact inspiration

PAYMENT TERMS

★ i require at least 50% of the payment to begin working; this is NON-NEGOTIABLE.★ PAYMENT should be processed through paypal, kofi, wechat pay or alipay with few exceptions, one of which being robux payments★ ALL TAXES must be covered by you.

CONTENT

★ i WILL edit: official photoshoots/art, free to use renders/icons, personal art/photos, logos, manga, etc.★ i will NOT edit: other designs, content by other artists (that are not free to use), nsfw content of any sort, problematic contentsome of these terms (except nsfw content) are negotiable - e.g., you have a commissioned art that the original artist is okay with using for design/has given you permission
